In the book "Annalen der Stadt Emmerich meist nach archival. Quellen by Andreas Dederich. 1867" there is a story that a Margaretha von Neuendorp was robbed of her goods (in ~1282).
A comission, consisting of the gentlemen Nicolaus named Tengenagel, and Genekin Ossenbrinc would legally determin on how to rightfully grant her posessions.
This was at the time of Count Reinald I van Geldern (1271 - 1318) and the Count of Cleves Theoderich VIII. (1275 - 1305).
