On heritage.com there is (only) one reference that her father's name was "van Ossenbrugge" and that they congregated in a church in London, where services were held in Dutch.
He might have moved to England around 1568, when Alva and the inquisition executed 80 leading citizens in Brussels. The terror, in the Netherlands, continued to 1573.
9,000 were condemned by the Council of Blood and 1,000 were executed or exiled. Thousands were made into refugees.
