Became a knight in 1271 and was added to the Court of Holland in 1297
Hendrik II van de Lecke, son of Hendrik I van de Lecke and Jutta vonWerth.
In 1271 he married Jutte, daughter of Pieter, Lord of Borselen and Goes (in Zeeland) and took over, from his father, the lease on the tollof Smithuizen and the estates of Ewijk and Malbergen.
His children were: Henric (died before his father), Pieter, Gijsbrecht and Maria (who died 2 years before her father). Maria was the spouse of Dirk II, Lord of Brederode.
